The Data Keeper ensures that all user records are securely locked within the internal MariaDB server cluster, isolated from unauthorized internet scrapers.

2. Categories of Personal Data Collected

We restrict data gathering to the absolute minimum required infrastructure data points:

  • Galactic / Colonial Alias Name: A custom public designation provided by you, displayed explicitly in the public ledger sheets.
  • Earth Legal Name (Optional): Your physical terrestrial identity. If you select to keep it confidential, it will be securely written into our protected columns as Classified and completely restricted from frontend search access queries.
  • System Alignment Metrics: Cryptographic automated identifiers, sequence numbers, and localized transaction time records.

3. Legal Groundwork & Purpose

According to Article 6(1)(a) of the EU GDPR, processing is executed exclusively through your **explicit, affirmative consent**. The purpose of managing this database is to track colony fellowship enrollment, assign symbolic sector asset rows, and provide verification search keys on the main lookup station.

4. Data Storage Duration & Shielding

Your record fields are preserved infinitely within our active ledger node to maintain chronic sequence numbers, or until you choose to recall your consent. We implement server-side PDO parameterized security boundaries to protect the data layer from SQL injections and unauthorized leakage.

5. Your Sovereign Data Rights

As a data subject under GDPR, you possess absolute sovereignty over your records. You have full entitlement to execute the following commands:

  • The Right of Access & Correction: Request full review of your assigned records or demand edits to misspelt titles or designations.
  • The Right to Restriction: Revoke public display visibility and switch your Earth Name status back to classified.
  • The Right to be Forgotten: You can command absolute deletion of your database rows at any time. By sending a removal request to galacticplots@proton.me, your files will be purged from the MariaDB ledger permanently within 72 Earth hours, clearing your Galactic ID sequence slot.
